Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Value Defined, an event organizing company, and the clients who engage our services. By contracting with Value Defined, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with our services.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Value Defined, you acknowledge that the scope of work, event details, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing. This agreement will outline specific services, timelines, and costs associated with your event. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to confirm your event booking with Value Defined.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, check, or other agreed-upon methods. Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in the cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email at sg@valuedefined.in or by phone at +91 93116 05558. Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which can be reviewed on our website or provided upon request.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding the event, including guest count, venue details, and any specific requirements.
• Permits and Licenses: The client must ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and permissions are in place for the event, including venue permissions and local authority requirements.

5. Event Changes

Any requested changes to the event scope, including changes to the date, time, location, or services, must be submitted in writing. Value Defined will do its best to accommodate changes, but they may be subject to additional fees depending on the timing and nature of the request.

6. Third-Party Vendors

Value Defined may engage third-party vendors, such as caterers, entertainers, decorators, and venues, to provide services for your event. While we only work with trusted partners, we are not liable for the performance or conduct of these third-party vendors. Any disputes or issues related to third-party services must be resolved directly with the vendor.

7. Limitation of Liability

Value Defined is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event services. Our liability for any claim related to the event shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.

Force Majeure: Value Defined is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events deemed force majeure.

8. Use of Event Media

Value Defined reserves the right to capture photos and videos of events for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon by the client in writing. If you do not wish your event media to be used for marketing, please inform us in advance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
