However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for services related to event organization. Please carefully review our Refunds & Cancellation Policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Event Cancellation by Client:
- If you wish to cancel your event, a written notice must be provided to us via email at sg@valuedefined.in or by calling +91 93116 05558.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Value Defined (such as venue booking, vendor payments, etc.).
- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the event will result in a 50% refund of the advance payment, minus any non-refundable expenses.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation request approval.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
- In cases where non-refundable expenses (such as third-party services, venue deposits, etc.) have been incurred by Value Defined on your behalf, these costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Postponements
- If you wish to postpone your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule based on availability and without additional costs, provided the request is made 30 days or more before the original event date.
- Postponement requests made less than 30 days before the event may incur additional fees depending on vendor and venue availability.
4. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Value Defined reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, refunds or postponements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
